Listening to Life : Hey, California, is legalizing marijuana really the answer?
Got pot? Maybe not yet, but that might change in a couple months on the Pacific Coast because the California secretary of state (this past March) certified a November vote on a ballot measure that would legalize, tax and regulate marijuana. The West Coast impetus? Like ours with Jackson Laboratories: Cold hard cash.
