I have severe heartburn every night and i take self prescribed medicine (Generic name Ranitidine) but i feel that any drug taken in the long term might be potentially dangerous. I have been taking this medicine for about 2 years now, i havent had the time to go to a doctor. Can anybody advise some natural remedies so that i can get rid of this heartburn.
